Quality
We strive to ensure that every building we hand over is of exemplary quality and has zero defects. We achieve this by implementing a quality management process covering all stages including tendering, procurement, production and maintenance. These processes are being continually improved by incorporating in-house recommendations, suggestions through our supply-chain and, most importantly, clients’ comments received through our customer feedback programme.
Timeliness
We have an enviable record of handing over projects on time. We also have plenty of experience of fast-track starts and short contract periods for our motor trade clients, getting them on site and selling cars quicker than even they thought possible.
Customer care
Members of a dedicated team will be on hand to deal with any day-to-day issues that may arise, and will be supported by our company’s directors who will take a personal involvement in the project. By way of example, the Project Manager would be retained on site for at least a week after handover to address any teething problems.

Employees are our key asset. Senior management has an enviable level of construction experience, with our directors having an average service time of 23 years each, and our department heads having an average service time of 12 years.
